Incredible Rarity: Mother Delivers Twin Boys with Black and White Skin Tones!

Stacy and Babajide, a couple from Lagos, Nigeria, dreamed of giving their daughter a little brother. That dream came true in the most unexpected way—twins! But nothing could prepare them for the surprise that followed.

On February 26, 2019, Stacy arrived at the hospital for a scheduled C-section. At 31, she was already a mother and excited to meet her sons, Daniel and David Omirin. Everything seemed routine—until delivery.

Daniel was born first, with dark skin and curly black hair, resembling his parents and older sister. Then came David, with pale skin and golden curls. The room fell silent in disbelief. Stacy and Babajide, both of African descent, were stunned. “We had no idea they looked so different until they were born,” Stacy told Bored Panda.

During the birth, doctors joked she was delivering “completely unidentical twins,” but the sight of David left everyone amazed. “It was as if something magical had happened,” Stacy recalled.

While holding Daniel brought her joy, seeing David left her speechless. “So white, with golden curls,” she told Daily Mail. Unsure how her husband would react, she was moved when Babajide lovingly nicknamed David “Mr. Golden,” calling both boys the greatest gift he’d ever received.

Though Daniel and David may look different, they share the same bond—and the same incredible beginning.
